Our history
The sale of one of his most prestigious horses, Habanera XLIX, allowed the Garrocho family to acquire its first olive grove, called Viña Fuentes.
The second generation of the Garrocho family launches two varieties of extra virgin premium oils after a long experience both in the olive growing sector and in the production of high quality oils.
In 1987, the Garrocho family entered the cattle industry and the breeding of purebred Spanish horses, which allowed them to start this unique boutique oil mill. The sale of one of his most prestigious horses, Habanera XLIX, allowed the Garrocho family to acquire its first olive grove, called Viña Fuentes. The purchase of this plantation was the beginning of this great project that the family had in mind for a long time.
The main goal of the Garrocho family has always been to position themselves in the premium sector by offering high quality products. In order to achieve this, they control the entire production chain and work only with the most modern methods of olive oil extraction. The olive groves, which are characterized by excellent quality, are all owned by the family.
